Gud evening friends , Sharing a case of Chronic irreversible pulpitis in relation to 31 & 41 with a 14 yr f who reported to me with intraoral swelling and pain . On clinical and radiographic examination i opted to perform a non surgical root canal therapy.
Slight incisal reductiin done as i felt both 31 & 41 were under TFO ....Access cavity prepared canals located , glide path created ,coronal preflaring done using sx protaper followed by manual preperation for both 31 & 41 uptill 35/04 .caoh2 dressing given and repeated after 15days , ultrasonic activation of sodium hypochlorite and edtac done .....obturation done using cold lateral condensation with Ad seal as a sealer.
Suprised to see a healing in span of just 1 month.
Critics & comments r welcome.

Yes it was previous trauma and also the latent trauma from occlusion which i feel might have resulted in such typical bonea loss pattern
